Welcome from Headmaster
Welcome to 2013-14
It is with great pleasure I write to you as the new Headmaster of Cairo English School. CES is now fully accredited by the Council of International Schools which amply demonstrates the school’s standing internationally fulfilling the requirements of a rigourous accreditation process. It is great to be joining such a school that also boasts excellent facilities, staff and students.
I firmly believe in students being given every opportunity to achieve their true potential. This matches both the Vision and Mission of CES which puts learning at the forefront of its thinking. CES is recognised as offering a wide range of different programmes which complement each other in creating students that can excel. Following the Early Years Programme, International Primary Curriculum, English National Curriculum , IGCSE, A Level and the International Baccalaureate students are given every opportunity to develop and prosper in a caring and nurturing school. I am very pleased to be the Headmaster at such a school where your child will be secure, safe and happy. Your child will experience a unique blend of the best educational programmes available and will be supported by all staff in becoming ‘Better than Before’ our school motto! Academic progress is extremely important and at the core of the school but so is the personal, social, sporting and moral development of all children in our care.
I feel that all students can achieve and make significant progress in a range of areas and that for everyone ‘there is more in you than you think!’. It is our role as teachers at CES to strive towards and ensure all students know they have done their best and achieved their full potential!
Please look through the pages on this website. I hope you get a greater understanding for CES and for what it stands for! I look forward to meeting parents and prospective parents! Until then please enjoy our website and if you want to contact CES do so at email@example.com
