Learning Support
We ensure that all students are valued equally, regardless of their ability, and have their needs met through an appropriate level of support provision, with parents and students forming an integral part of any decision-making process.
What do we do?
•Support phonics, literacy and numeracy.
•Provide guidance on how to best support the student in class by the teacher/TA.
•Screen for Dyslexia and administer language assessments.
•Provide support in the form of push-ins and pull-outs.
•Ensure that differentiation is an integral part of each teacher’s curriculum planning.
•Identify and assess the needs of students promptly, implementing and monitoring an appropriate education plan for each supported student.
